Paros
Paros combines harbour villages, whitewashed lanes and beach days with enough variety to make the choice of base worthwhile. You might prefer the practical rhythm of the main port, an atmospheric fishing-harbour setting or a quieter village stay. The island is more enjoyable when you allow time for those smaller differences rather than simply collecting beach names. Plan a holiday that leaves room for an unhurried meal and a favourite waterfront as well as a few outings.

Find your own rhythm in Paros.
Naoussa offers a compact harbour scene, with boats, closely grouped buildings and lanes that encourage exploring on foot. Parikia, the main port town, is worth giving time beyond arrival and departure; its older streets provide an appealing contrast to the working waterfront.
Lefkes takes you inland, with a village setting that changes the pace and opens up a different view of Paros. These three places make a balanced introduction to the island's coastal and interior character. Decide which you would most like to return to in the evening before choosing where to stay.
How to enjoy your time here
Compare the journey from the ferry port with access to your preferred beach or village. Check current bus routes if you plan to explore without a car, rather than assuming every place has the same service. Group inland stops together and leave a separate day for the coast. If combining Paros with another island, confirm the actual ferry connection before finalising the wider itinerary.

Walking & access planning
We have not yet added a destination-specific official access resource to this guide. This does not mean the destination is unsuitable. Ask the accommodation, transport operator and each attraction about the exact access features you need.
A guide or accessible feature does not establish access for the whole trip. Confirm doorways, steps, gradients, walking distances, bathrooms, lifts, transfers and any assistance directly with the relevant provider.
