Skopelos Town rises above the port in a pattern of lanes, steps and tightly grouped houses. Spend time exploring the streets away from the waterfront as well as the harbour itself. Panormos Beach provides a separate coastal setting for a more restful part of the visit.
Agios Ioannis Chapel, perched on a rock, is the striking landmark that many travellers recognise from film imagery. Check the climb and approach before including it, particularly if steps are a concern. These places offer distinct sides of Skopelos rather than a single easy walking circuit.

Match your accommodation to your arrival port, preferred beaches and willingness to travel around the island. Check ferry connections before finalising linked flights or another island stay.
